This Faculty aspires to be a center of excellence in providing education and training, conducting research, and carrying out community service in the field of agricultural technology and to strengthenits competitive ability at national and international levels.

It aims to produce graduates with the abilities to (1) deal with and solve problems in the development and application of science and technology in agriculture; (2) communicate and cooperate with other people, and develop the spirit of entrepreneurship; (3) maintain strength of character as well as cultivate social awareness, sense of responsibility, and professionalism in their field.

The Faculty also prepares professional junior specialists in the management and development of the agricultural industry in Indonesia.
