Business school

In 1988, UGM opened a master study of management (MM-UGM), specially designed for business practices. The school is also a collaboration with the University of Kentucky and the Temple University. As of October 2005, MM-UGM has produced 4,197 alumni.[who?]

Medical school

UGM's School of Medicine is one of the oldest medical schools in Indonesia, established in March 5, 1946. It is ranked number 72 on the Times Higher Education Supplement 2006 for biomedicine.[3]. In the past decade it has been the top medical school in Indonesia[citation needed].

World rankings

In 2007, UGM ranked number 360 on Times Higher Education Supplement World University Rankings 2007, the highest rank for university in Indonesia.[3]

Webometrics Ranking of World Universities July 2007 placed UGM on rank 939 in the world, and rank 95 in Asia.
